Schools of Sanctuary

This involved the teachers working closely with parents who have English as an additional language. We wanted to highlight the strong relationship we have with our parents, whilst best preparing potential parents and children. Our website already allows for translation into several languages, and we use Microsoft Sway for our newsletters, which also has a built-in feature for translation.
An added bonus was that our current parents felt it was important to share their children’s positive experiences of Holy Rosary Nursery School in a short video. Several parents recorded videos in their own languages, including English. The videos and resources are available for you to look at below.
