Tues 4th April– Visit to W5 (We need Volunteers!)

Fri 7th April– Easter Sing-a-long 11am. School finishes today 11.30am
Mon 10th-fri 28th inclusive– Easter Holidays
Mon 24th April– Mr Hulaballoo is visiting the nursery
Tues 25th April– Fitness Freddy (Walkway Centre)
Mon 1st May– Bank holiday– School Closure
Sponsored Singalong
On Friday 7th April the children will be having a sponsored sing-a-long. This is our major fund raiser of the year and we really value your support. We would ask that you return the sponsor forms and money raised to the nursery Thursday 6th April.
We will also be selling ballot tickets for a wonderful Easter Basket. £1 per strip.
The sing-a-long will start at 11am.
The Easter Bunny will be visiting the school and photos will be taken- if you wish to have pictures taken with younger siblings this can be done after the sing-a-long.
The children will finish on Friday at 11.30 so no dinners will be served. They will return to school on Monday 24th April.

Easter & Fairy Tales
This month we are learning about spring and growing. We will be planting different types of seeds and caring for them as they grow. We will be observing signs of spring in our environment and talking about the changes in weather and outdoors which come with springtime and new growth.
We will be focusing on the colours green and yellow and diamond shapes.
We will read, act, and have puppet shows of:
· Jack and the Beanstalk
· Goldilocks and the 3 bears
· 3 Billy Goat’s Gruff
· The 3 Little Pigs
· The Gingerbread Man

Eco News
Plant sunflowers/potatoes/bean plants/cress. Make bottle feeders.
If you wish to be involved in helping with the gardening please speak to a member of staff.
